Rio Mulla Mithra uses the phones Internet connection and allows the Kudumbasree Agent who signed up with a bank(PACS) to create KYCs, apply for Loan, and Disburse the loan amount to customers once the loan is approved by the Bank(PACS).
Also, the loan repayment amount can be collected using the application.
This application helps the Kudumbasree Units to manage the loans effortlessly.
Reports of their daily transactions are available in the application.
Easy tracking of Non-performing customers(NPAs) is another attractive feature of the application.
The application is available in two languages, Malayalam and English.
It is designed in a way that controls loan disbursement and repayment activities effortlessly.
